Vendor name, phones, address, bank account for remittance, ID and registration papers you send, order details, and recipient contact for that trip.
To book trips, prove delivery, pay you, handle complaints, and meet Nigerian record-keeping duties.
Dispatch staff and riders on a need-to-know basis. Banks see the account you gave us. We do not sell vendor lists.
Order records are kept as long as needed for payouts, disputes and tax. Ask us in writing to update or correct your details.
