Finish the deal with your customer before you send the order. Give receipt name, location, item and amount to collect.
Wrong numbers and incomplete addresses are your risk, not ours.
We aim for prompt delivery. Traffic, weather, parks and security checks can delay a run. We notify you when we know.
Successful Asaba POD remittance is at the end of the same working day. Outside-Asaba waybills follow pre-agreed terms. Office-to-park is separate from the driver’s park charge.
Cancel at least two hours before pickup. If the rider is already at the door and the order dies, the full delivery fee is charged.
We take care of packages. We are not liable for disaster, theft or accident beyond our reasonable control, or for goods you mis-declared or packed badly.
No standard operations on Sunday.
